  1. Use 1 tablespoon of herbs to 16 ounces of water.
  2. Boil 16 ounces (2 cups) of water.
  3. Add one tablespoon of herbs to boiled water
  4. Cover, steep for 1 to 2 hours, strain and enjoy!
  5. Drink as needed or as directed by your health care provider.
