Using clinical techniques and skills, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment session in which I will be listening, questioning and responding to your questions, as you describe your health challenges. In this process, I will combine your verbal information with what you report on your 'holistic health questionairre'.  I will inquire about your physical activity, current dietary habits, emotional well-being, spiritual practices and the status of your familial relationships.  Your vital signs will be checked, analyzed and interpreted to help ascertain your health status. I will use iridology (the inspection of the iris as an aid in determining a person’s state of health), Tongue and Fingernail Assessment; and a Nutrition Assessment to help you build Supreme Health. You will receive a written analysis including dietary and herbal treatment recommendations.

I specialize in plant-based nutrition counseling. This is a vital aspect of your wellness journey. Many people are needlessly suffering from chronic ailments caused by nutrient-poor foods. In fact, 66% of the American adult population is either overweight or obese. Heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis, and a host of other degenerative diseases can be eradicated by maintaining a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet. Plants are naturally high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals. In turn, a plant-based diet greatly contributes to longevity and provides adequate protein needed for growth and repair. The majority of plant-based foods are highly electrical by nature which keeps our body well nourished, energized and healthy.  High-vibrational, alkaline plant foods helps the human body to fight against disease. 


A plant-based diet offers you a wealth of benefits including the prevention and reversal of degenerative diseases. Our bodies thrive from the consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables as opposed to empty-calorie processed foods which are acidic and fattening.  Processed food makes up a staggering 70 percent of the standard American diet. Disgracefully, the standard American diet is actually a diet of disease, suffering and premature death.  If we truly desire a state of Supreme Health and longevity, we must develop a new relationship with food. We must understand that food is not entertainment nor should it be consumed to sate our emotional needs. Real food is nourishing fuel.  We require a well-balanced diet of micronutrients, macronutrients and phytochemicals. High-vibrational foods provide the enzymes we need to maximize our potential. High- vibrational foods are highly electrical by nature and nutrient-rich. Whereas, "edible products" are devoid of whole nutrients and are calorically dense. Processed, acidic foods are the leading cause of the obesity epidemic. The good news is  . . . obesity and correlated dis-eases can be effectively and permanently reversed by maintaining a plant-based diet. 


My approach is flexible, personal, and realistic. We will break everything down into small, manageable steps that will make healthy eating natural and enjoyable. I will create an individualized program for you, which entails collaborating on meal and recipe ideas, incorporating new foods into your diet and helping you find an appropriate herbal supplement if necessary to help meet your needs. This life-changing intervention will enhance your life in ways that will invoke abundance and happiness.



Rate: $200 per one hour session

There is no definite length of treatment for individual plant-based nutrition sessions.  Amount and frequency of sessions will depend on your specific situation, how much change is needed to achieve your desired goals and your rate of progress.

The Supreme Health Weight Loss Program is a simple, holistic lifestyle of wellness.  As your holistic weight loss coach, I will assist you in achieving your optimal weight in a manner that is healthy physically, emotionally and spiritually. I will provide ongoing motivational support, plant-based nutritional counseling and therapeutic guidance that will help you discover the underlying issues impacting your weight that you may not have yet considered. 


Effective weight loss does not result from crash dieting or from the exclusive consumption of one specific food group. This is not a fad starvation program that will leave you emaciated and mal-nourished. This is not a convoluted, restrictive point system. This is not a high-protein, low-carbohydrate deprivation diet. You will not have to purchase over-priced, over-processed, prepackaged frozen “foods”. You will not obsessively count calories nor drink mucous-forming milkshakes. You will not have to work-out vigorously for five hours per day. You won't have to spend two thousand dollars on high-tech juicers or food dehydrators.  No super exotic foods that melt fat while you sleep.  Nasty cayenne-lemonade concoctions are not required. We will not guarantee that you will lose 30 pounds in 10 days.  No magic pills. No surgeries.  Just a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet and your full dedication and committment!


A healthy holistic lifestyle that includes a plant-based diet, will effortlessly result in the loss of excess weight.  I understand that maintaining weight loss for most people is a formidable and perpetual challenge. The Supreme Health Weight Loss Program will help you conquer that challenge while improving your overall health. As your weight loss coach, I will support you throughout your transformation and give you the guidance needed to make permanent lifestyle changes.  


My holistic weight loss approach is totally customized to meet the individual dietary needs of each client.  I will encourage you to make healthier food choices based on your indicated pH level. I will teach you the importance of consuming natural whole foods and how to discern real food from edible products. You and I will collaboratively devise a plant-based meal plan that will meet all of your nutritional needs. A variety of fresh fruit and vegetables should be eaten in lieu of high-calorie processed foods which are largely devoid of nutrients and live enzymes. 


Key Components of the Supreme Weight Loss Program:

  • Patience is needed to appreciate that reaching your optimal weight is going to take time and effort.

  • Endurance is needed to withstand the challenges associated with long-term weight loss. Remember, your health is worth it.

  •  Realistic goal setting. Weight loss goals should be specific, measurable and realistic. Realistic weight loss ambitions will help you stay focused and motivated so that you can experience RESULTS.

  • Positive thinking and optimism increases internal motivation and aids the mind, body and spirit in maintaining an alkaline state.

  •  Nutritional guidance is provided to help clients select foods that are vibrant and wholesome while avoiding foods that are processed and toxic.

  • Mindful eating. Pay attention to what you are eating. Eat in a peaceful, relaxed environment. Eat slowly, savoring the smells and textures of your food. Mindful eating increases awareness of satiety thereby reducing tendencies to over-eat.

  • Support system- Seek out supportive family, friends, or community-based meetings that will provide additional encouragement needed to meet and maintain your wellness goals.

  • Behavior modification will be steadily achieved via face-to-face counseling sessions or phone conferences. Motivational emails or text messages are optional.

  • Spiritual health is closely linked to the type of foods that we consume. Maintaining a balanced diet leads to a balanced body, mind and spirit. Poor food choices can negatively impact our spirituality by potentially causing feelings such as depression, lethargy, anxiety, etc. What goes into the body, affects the clarity of the mind, and in turn, our ability to make healthy decisions.

  • Proper food combinations are necessary to ensure good digestion. Mixing many different types of foods taxes the digestive system. Experiment with simple meals of no more than four different foods. I will teach you the rules and principles of optimal food combining.


Please note that there are numer­ous health risks asso­ci­ated with being overweight:


  • High blood pres­sure — because your heart has to work harder to pump blood throughout the body.

  • Heart dis­ease — due to build up of fatty sub­stances in the coro­nary arter­ies and also fat around the abdomen area.

  • Stroke — the blood sup­ply to part of the brain is cut off, pos­si­bly due to high blood pres­sure and other con­di­tions related to being overweight.

  • Type 2 dia­betes — as chem­i­cals are released which can upset body’s meta­bolic system.

  • Can­cer — some types of can­cer, such as bowel can­cer and pan­cre­atic can­cer,  pos­si­bly due to higher insulin levels.

  • Infer­til­ity — as excess weight exac­er­bates meta­bolic and repro­duc­tive abnor­mal­i­ties, such as poly­cys­tic ovary syndrome.

  • Osteoarthri­tis — as addi­tional weight puts more strain on joints and reduces the abil­ity to repair themselves.

  • Back pain — pos­si­bly due to extra strain on the spine and uneven dis­tri­b­u­tion of lean body mass and body fat.

  • Depres­sion — this mental health issue,  along with low self-esteem is faced by many over­weight people.
